WHY ARE YOU ONLY DIGITAL?
Great question! Logistically it makes it easier for us to manage inventory and we can stop scalpers from emptying our shelves by evaluating each individual transaction to prevent bots, large stock orders, and multiple maxed-out orders. We are just starting out, so maybe down the road we can consider a brick and mortar setup.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We value our customer's experience and feedback and we want to ensure that all products meet your expectations. However, sometimes that's not possible and we hope we can make that easy to handle too. Because of this, we have a detailed refund policy page here. If you aren't happy with your order, please reach out and let us know if what we could have done better and what didn't meet your expectations as we work to process your return.
DO YOU SHIP ACROSS THE US OR INTERNATIONALLY?
Though we are a local dealer to members of the Seattle community, we are happy to ship some orders to other places in the US. During periods of high demand or stock shortages, we will prioritize our Seattle and Pacific Northwest customers first. If you are purchasing from outside of the US, delivery times may be longer than website estimations.
