WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
General Return Policies:
14-day return policy starting day after package delivery is completed. Return request must be sent by email (reach out to cameronscardsandcollectables@outlook.com with "Return Request" and your order number in the subject line) by 14th calendar day. Return requests must be approved by Cameron’s Cards and Collectables before returns can be processed. Note: approval does not guarantee a refund will be issued, only that product(s) may be returned and reviewed for refund. Please read below for our review process.
If any product(s) is damaged during shipping, customers have 24 hours (after completed delivery) to request a “shipping damage” return. If your product was damaged during shipping, please contact us by email with “Shipping Damage” and your order number (found on your receipt) in the subject line and we will either (depending on inventory) resend a new product(s) or process a full refund (on the same payment method as purchase) including return shipping costs upon return of the damaged item(s). Excessive “shipping damage” requests or abuse of our policies may result in a ban from the store.
Return shipping costs for products (not including products damaged during shipping) are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. For products valued over $50, customers should consider using a tracked shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
Customers are fully responsible for returning product(s) in good condition. Products that are damaged in return shipping cannot be refunded.
Some products may be excluded from this policy and/or have their own return policy. Please see the specific product policies below.
Review Process:
Purpose: as Pokémon cards are valuable collectables to many people and often supplies run short, we plan on reselling refunded products back to new customers. Because of this, we go to great lengths to ensure all resold products are authentic and like factory new for the next customer to enjoy. We put our review process in place to guarantee that when a product is returned, it is returned in good condition with no tampering, ripping, or damaging that may impact another customer’s experience.
Once the item(s) is returned to us, reviewed, and verified to be in good condition, a refund will be issued. If products are deemed to be tampered, copied, replaced, or altered in any way, the refund will not be issued, and the customer will be notified. If a return is not issued but the customer would like to keep the product, a shipping charge and an additional 10% inventory holding fee (plus tax) will be charged to the customer.
Refund process may take up to 14 days not including shipping.

Additional Product Specific Return Policies:
Individual cards (“Singles”):
Card must be in the same condition as when received.
Card must be wrapped in all protective sleeves and top loaders as received and must be shipped in a standard bubble mailer.
Booster Packs:
Any booster packs that are opened, ripped, torn, or altered in any way will not be refunded (unless returned as a “shipping damage” return.)
Booster packs must be returned with all wrapping it was received in and in a standard bubble mailer.
Booster Pack Boxes and Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs):
All booster pack boxes and ETBs must be sealed in original vacuum plastic sealing. Any booster pack boxes/ETBs with rips, tears, or opens, or evidence of tampering in any way will not be refunded.
Booster pack boxes/ETBs must be encased in bubble wrap and packed with padding (packing peanuts, packing paper, etc.) inside a box. Packages with damaged corners and plastic that is ripped in shipping with will not be refunded.
Pokémon Code Cards:
All sales are final. If physical cards are damaged in mail, an email with the same codes will be available.
